Cancellations & No-shows
CANCELLATION POLICY
48+ hours notice: No charge.
Less than 48 hours: 50% fee.
Less than 24 hours: 100% fee.
If the appointment is filled at short notice, no fee is charged- this cannot be guaranteed.

BOOKING FEE
£10 fee charged at booking, deducted from the final bill.
Fee non-refundable if less than 48 hours notice is given for changes or cancellations. Additional charges inline with above cancellation policy.
Transferred if rescheduled with 48+ hours notice.
CONSULTATION FEE
£25, payable at time of booking. Refundable if the service is unsuitable. Non-refundable if no service is booked within 4 weeks. Can be used towards products instead of service.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or no service. Charges may still be in place
Complaints
COMPLAINT PROCESS
Address concerns promptly, either during or after the appointment.
Complaints are resolved within 8 weeks, and if reasonable, services will be re-done at no extra charge.
Full or partial refunds may be offered if the issue cannot be fixed.
Attending another salon voids all responsibility from Grace Hair + Beauty. We reserve the right to see our work and the opportunity to resolve any issues.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
If the issue remains unresolved, Hair & Beauty Mediation can be contacted. A fee applies for both the client and salon.
Skin Testing
AAT (Allergy Alert Test)
Required at least 48 hours before colour appointments. Free and takes 10 minutes.
Necessary if you've used hair colour since your last test or if you've had COVID-19 or the vaccine or had any medical changes.
Postal patch tests are available at a charge of £15.
Product Purchases
Return Policy
Products can be returned unused and unopened within 14 days. Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
